About every 4 weeks, you will receive a mailing indicating the Featured Title. You can choose to receive the Featured Title, an alternate, or no movie at all. Each movie you purchase at regular Club prices counts as one unit toward fulfilling your membership agreement.

Is there any difference between joining online and joining through other means?
No. Joining the Disney Movie Club online gives you all the benefits and savings of joining through the mail, and more. Through www.DisneyMovieClub.com you always have access to the complete catalog of Club movies, plus extras like online discounts and special offers not available anywhere else.
What are the total costs of my introductory offer?
You pay only the shipping and processing charges specified in your introductory offer, along with the cost of any additional or bonus titles ordered at such time, plus state tax in California and Wisconsin.
I am not a resident of the United States; can I join the Club?
At present, only residents of the United States and its territories and Canada can be members of the Club. We cannot ship to APO and NPO addresses at this time.
How do I know when I've fulfilled my membership agreement?
The Featured Title mailings you'll receive periodically will tell you how many titles you need to purchase to fulfill your Club purchase commitment. Or you can check on our website by going to My Account and clicking on the 'Commitment' tab. You may also call us at 1-800-362-4587 from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday. Once you've fulfilled your purchase commitment, no other purchases are required. However, members who continue membership still need to respond to Featured Title offers to either decline or accept the titles.
What is the VIP membership program?
Once you have fulfilled your membership agreement, after 30 days you will automatically be enrolled in our VIP program. As a VIP member, you will be eligible to receive special offers and discounts reserved only for our best customers. Members who continue VIP membership still need to respond to Featured Title offers to either decline or accept the titles.
Do only the Featured Titles count toward my membership agreement?
No. Any non-discounted movies you purchase at regular Club Prices (starting at just $19.95 per DVD for DVD Club Members; $29.95 per DVD or Blur-ray for Blu-ray™ Members) count toward completing your membership agreement. And the Double Feature option of your Featured Title also counts as 1 unit toward purchase commitment. You may order any number of movies at any time.
Once you become a member, approximately every 4 weeks you will receive a Featured Title mailing that includes highlights and insights about our biggest new release, your Featured Title, other new releases, and special members—only discounts. You can choose to receive the Featured Title, an alternate, or no movie at all. If you decide to receive the Featured Title, do nothing — we will mail it to you automatically and your account will be billed.
If you do not want the Featured Title selection, you can submit your decision via our web site, automated phone system, or by returning the mailed response card by the due date.

How long do I have to respond to the Featured Title mailing?
You will always have a minimum of 10 days. If you do not have time to respond by mail, you can always call 1-800-362-4587 and use our automated phone system, or our website, 24 hours a day. Just have your membership number ready.
What happens if I do not respond to the Featured Title mailing?
The Featured Title will automatically be shipped to you and either your credit card account will be billed on the date of shipment or you will be invoiced if you agreed to pay by check. If you receive a selection you did not want or did not order, we will gladly accept returns according to our Returns Policy. (See your Membership Details
). There can be 15 Featured Titles a year. (Every 4 weeks plus 2 special offers in addition) Please know you never have to keep a movie you do not want. Please follow the instructions to return the product, which are located under the "How do I return a product" question under the "Returns" FAQ section towards the bottom of the page.
The Disney Movie Club features a wide selection of Disney's greatest hits — including preschool, live action and animated movies, recent releases, and hard-to-find classics. Plus we are adding new titles at great prices all the time.
We make new titles available as soon as we possibly can. There may be a delay before some titles become available through the Disney Movie Club. Be sure to check for the newest Club titles on the web site home page and in your monthly Featured Title mailings.
Will I be able to order moratorium titles that are in the vault?
No. When Disney places a title in the vault, it is no longer available through the Club. But many new titles, collector's editions, and special releases are being added all the time, so you should check the online catalog to see if the title you want is available.
How can I get a copy of your catalog?
Our catalog is included with every order and will be sent to you in your Featured Title mailings frequently. If you need a catalog right away, please call 1-800-362-4587 to have one sent to you. You may search our catalog of movies on our Website also. Login with the email and password you provided. or if you need to register, you just need your membership number and billing ZIP code.
All titles during the sign-up process are available in DVD or Blu-ray™ format.
Once you become a member all titles are available in the DVD or Blu-ray™ format only.
DisneyFile Digital Copy is the Disney-branded digital experience, which enables buyers of DVD and Blu-ray to receive the standard definition digital version of the movie in their choice of iTunes or Windows Media formats. The DisneyFile Digital Copy is located on a stand-alone disc and is Mac & PC compatible.

When you join the Disney Movie Club, you provide the Club with information regarding your preferred credit card for billing purposes. You will be charged only for the movies that you purchase or have agreed to purchase upon enrollment, plus any shipping and processing.
Your credit card will not be charged until the date of shipment. You may change your preferred credit card at any time by visiting our web site or by contacting customer service.
We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
When entering your credit card number please make sure you are entering numbers only, no spaces or hyphens. Also, make sure that no punctuation or abbreviation is used in the cardholder's name (for example, do not put a period after the middle initial.)

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you need to return a product, please use one of the following options:
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product Received.
1)If you receive an incorrect title or a movie that is damaged or defective, we will promptly exchange it at our expense upon receipt of the damaged merchandise. If you prefer not to exchange it, we will gladly apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit. 2) Unwanted Title Received —
If you receive a title you decide you do not want, simply return it within 60 days and we will gladly apply the value of the title to your account as a merchandise credit, minus the $3.95 shipping and processing fee.
NOTE: If the return for an unwanted title is made from your first new member order, no monetary credit will be applied unless you are returning the entire order and canceling your membership. If you are returning a single title, we will gladly apply a merchandise credit to your account.
To prepare your return or exchange:
Please use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
To expedite your return or exchange, please insert the packing slip, remembering to keep the return label printed on the front for shipping.
Pack and tape your package securely.

You may cancel your membership any time after fulfilling your membership agreement. If you have not fulfilled your membership agreement at the time you wish to cancel, you will need to purchase the remaining titles left unfulfilled.
