Membership & Account Information
How does membership in the Disney Movie Club work?
By accepting the introductory offer, you agree to the terms of membership specified within your enrollment agreement, including the purchase of a minimum number of titles at regular Club prices. Regular Club prices start at just $19.95, plus a shipping and processing charge specified in your offer. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery of your introductory movies.

About every 4 weeks (up to 13 times a year) you will receive a mailing indicating the "Featured Title." Plus you may also receive up to 2 more seasonal Featured Title mailings a year. That's up to 15 buying opportunities a year! You can choose to receive the Featured Title, an alternate, or no movie at all. Each movie you purchase at regular Club prices counts as one unit toward fulfilling your membership agreement. If you do not inform us of your choice within 10 days or by the date specified on the card (either by returning the card, visiting the website, or by calling the 800 number on the card), the Featured Title will be automatically shipped to you.
How do I join the Disney Movie Club?
If you have a promotion code from one of our mailings, type it in the top blue-and-green box on the Web site main page where it says, "If you have a promotional code, enter it here." If you do not have a code, click on the button "Don't have one? Click here." From there, begin selecting your movies.

If you prefer, you may join by mail at Disney Movie Club, c/o PO Box 219, Fort Erie ON L2A 0A2 (include your promotion code and payment with the order).

Is there any difference between joining online and joining through other means?
No. Joining the Disney Movie Club online gives you all the benefits and savings of joining through the mail, and more. Through you always have access to the complete catalogue of Club movies, plus extras like online discounts and special offers not available anywhere else.
I am not a resident of Canada; can I join the Club?
No. At present, only residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) can be Members of Disney Movie Club Canada.

What is the VIP membership program?
Once you have fulfilled your membership agreement, after 30 days you will automatically be enrolled in our VIP program. As a VIP member, you will be eligible to receive special offers and discounts reserved only for our best customers. Members who continue VIP membership still need to respond to Featured Title offers to either decline or accept the titles.
Do only the Featured Titles count toward my membership agreement?
No. Any non-discounted movies you purchase at regular Club Prices (starting at just $19.95 per DVD and Blu-ray) count toward completing your membership agreement and the Double Feature option of your Featured Title also counts as 1 unit toward purchase commitment. You may order any number of movies at any time.

What movies are available to Disney Movie Club members?
The Disney Movie Club features a wide selection of Disney's greatest hits - including preschool, live action and animated movies, recent releases, and hard-to-find classics. Plus we are adding new titles at great prices all the time.
Will I be able to order Disney new releases?
We make new titles available as soon as we possibly can. There may be a delay before some titles become available through the Disney Movie Club. Be sure to check for the newest Club titles on the web site home page and in your monthly Featured Title mailings.
Will I be able to order Disney movie titles that are in the vault?
No. When Disney places a title in the vault, it is no longer available through the Club. But many new titles, collector's editions, and re-releases are being added all the time, so you should check the online catalogue to see if the title you want is available.
How can I get a copy of your catalogue?
Our catalogue is included with every order and will be sent to you in your Featured Title mailings frequently. If you need a catalogue right away, please call 1-800-362-4587 to have one sent to you. You may search our catalogue of movies on our website also. Login with the email and password you provided. Or if you need to register, you just need your membership number and billing Postal Code.
Are Disney titles available in DVD or Blu-ray™?
Titles are in DVD format with Blu-ray™ releases becoming increasingly popular.
Are titles available for ordering in DVD or Blu-ray™ once I become a member?
Once you become a member all titles are available in the DVD or Blu-ray™ format only.
DisneyFile Digital Copy is the Disney-branded digital experience, which enables buyers of DVD and Blu-ray to receive the standard definition digital version of the movie in their choice of iTunes or Windows Media formats. The DisneyFile Digital Copy is located on a stand-alone disc and is Mac & PC compatible.
Methods of Payment
Can I join without using a credit card?
Yes. You may pay for orders with cheque or money order. System restrictions prevent processing cheque orders on the Web site. You will need to place your order by mail at: Disney Movie Club c/o PO BOX 219 Fort Erie, ON L2A 0A2 Please include the promotion code and payment with the order.
How does credit card billing work?
When you join the Disney Movie Club, you provide the Club with information regarding your preferred credit card for billing purposes. You will be charged only for the movies that you purchase or have agreed to purchase upon enrollment, plus any shipping and processing. If you do not decline the Feature Title by the "respond by" date, it will be sent to you automatically and your account will be billed. Your credit card will not be charged until the date of shipment. You may change your preferred credit card at any time by visiting our web site or by contacting customer service. We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept debit cards at this time.
Why do I get an error when I enter my credit card information?
When entering your credit card number please make sure you are entering numbers only, no spaces or hyphens. Also, make sure that no punctuation or abbreviation is used in teh cardholder's name (for example, do not put a period after the middle name).

How do I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership any time after fulfilling your membership agreement. If you have not fulfilled your membership agreement at the time you wish to cancel, you will need to purchase the remaining titles left unfulfilled. Please call 1-800-362-4587 to speak with a cast member if you wish to cancel your membership. Our call center hours are 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Eastern time, Monday - Friday.

Will I receive a confirmation number stating that my account has been cancelled?
Yes. If you have fulfilled your membership agreement you will receive a confirmation via mail once your membership has been cancelled.
