Membership & Account Information
By accepting the initial enrollment offer of introductory-priced titles from the Disney Movie Club, you agree to purchase the minimum number of titles specified in your initial enrollment offer at Regular Club prices (your "minimum purchase commitment") and the terms of the Membership Agreement. The Membership Agreement and your commitment status are always available online. Regular Club prices start at just $19.95 per DVD and Blu-rayTM, plus a shipping and processing charge specified in your offer. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of your introductory order. Prices are subject to change and the Club will notify you of changes in future mailings.
About every 4 weeks throughout the year, you will receive a mailing to your address on file or an email to your email address on file indicating your Featured Title Offer. Plus, you may also receive up to 2 more seasonal Featured Title mailings or emails per year, for up to 15 buying opportunities a year! You can choose to receive or decline the Featured Title. If you do not timely inform us of your choice by the date specified on the Featured Title Offer response card or Featured Title Offer email notification (you'll always have a minimum of 10 days), the Featured Title will be shipped to you automatically, and either your credit card will be charged on the date of shipment for the amount listed in the Featured Title Offer, or you will be invoiced for the amount listed in the Featured Title Offer, if you agreed to pay by check or money order. To join the Club online, visit DisneyMovieClub.com. If you have a promotion code, choose "Have a promo code?" and enter it. If you do not have a code, click on the "Choose Your Movies" button to begin creating your introductory order. From there, follow the instructions. If you prefer to join by speaking with a Cast Member, call our New Member line at 1-888-257-9100 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday.
No. Joining the Disney Movie Club online gives you all the benefits and savings of joining through the mail or via a Cast Member. As a Club Member, you will have access to the complete catalog of Club titles, plus extras like online discounts and special offers not available anywhere else.
You pay only the initial enrollment offer of introductory-priced titles, along with the cost of any additional or bonus titles ordered at such time, plus state tax in select states.
At present, only residents of the United States and its territories and Canada can be Members of the Club. We cannot ship to APO and FPO addresses at this time.
You can check how many titles you've purchased towards your minimum purchase commitment online by going to My Account (My Club) and clicking on Membership Status & Agreement. The Featured Title mailings and some of our commercial emails include your commitment status for easy reference. If you prefer to speak with a Cast Member, call us at 1-800-362-4587 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday. Have your Membership Number ready.
Once you have fulfilled your minimum purchase commitment you will earn VIP status. As a VIP, you will be eligible to receive special offers and discounts reserved only for our best Members, including Weekly Online Deals, exclusive Collectible VIP Pins FREE with the purchase of a regular price title, and even greater savings!
No. Any non-discounted titles you purchase at Regular Club prices (starting at just $19.95) count toward your minimum purchase commitment, and the Double/Triple Feature option of your Featured Title Offer also counts as one unit toward your minimum purchase commitment. You may order any number of titles at any time. Prices are subject to change and the Club will notify you of changes in future communications.

All Featured Title selections and declines must be made by the respond-by date. You will always have a minimum of 10 days to respond.
The Featured Title will be shipped to you automatically, and either your credit card account will be charged on the date of shipment, or you will be invoiced if you agreed to pay by check or money order. If you receive a selection you did not want or did not order, we will gladly accept returns according to our Return Policy. (See your Membership Agreement). There can be 15 Featured Titles a year (every 4 weeks plus 2 seasonal Featured Title Offers).
Product Information
The Disney Movie Club features a wide selection of Disney's greatest hits, including Pixar, animated, live-action, preschool titles, recent releases and hard-to-find classics. We also offer a selection of "Grown-Up Hits," including blockbuster titles from Marvel, Star Wars and more. We are constantly adding new titles at great prices!
We make new titles available as soon as we possibly can. There may be a delay before some titles become available through the Disney Movie Club. Be sure to visit our website and check your Featured Title offers for the newest Club releases.
A Title is any release on DVD, Blu-ray Disc or 4K Ultra HD that is offered by the Disney Movie Club.
Our catalog will be sent to you in your Featured Title mailings frequently, unless you are enrolled in Paperless. If you would like to receive a catalog, please call 1-800-362-4587 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, to have one sent to you. You may shop our complete catalog of titles at DisneyMovieClub.com.
All titles during the sign-up process are available in DVD or Blu-ray™ format. Members are available to purchase movies in 4K Ultra HD.
Once you become a member all titles are available in the DVD or Blu-ray™ format only.
Ordering & Order Status
When inquiring about your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery of your introductory order, and 7-10 business days for all other orders. When you join the Club, you may provide the Club with information regarding your preferred credit card for billing purposes. Your credit card will remain on file with us as your method of payment unless and until you inform us differently. Your credit card will only be charged for Club-related purchases (including shipping and processing or sales tax where applicable) or billing purposes. If you do not decline your Featured Title Offer by the “respond by” date, it will be sent to you automatically, and your credit card will be charged the amount listed in the Featured Title Offer. Your credit card will not be charged until the date of shipment. You may change your preferred credit card at any time by logging into your account at DisneyMovieClub.com, or by calling us at 1-800-362-4587 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. We currently accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. In the event you choose to use a debit card, we will not be held responsible for overdraft or bank fees. If you fail to provide a valid credit card number to the Club or provide a credit card number that cannot be authorized, the Club reserves the right to (i) invoice you for Featured Title shipments; (ii) if you have not yet fulfilled your minimum purchase commitment, invoice you for the value of introductory-priced titles you received in your initial enrollment order, plus shipping and processing and sales tax (where applicable); and (iii) cancel your Membership.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you need to return a product, please include a note of explanation and your Membership Number with your return so the proper adjustment can be applied to your account or a replacement can be sent. See below for specific return options.

If you prefer not to exchange it, you may return it and we will gladly apply the value of the product (including any paid shipping and processing fees) to your account as a refund or merchandise credit. In the unlikely event that you do not receive ordered product, we will send you replacement product on request. Claims for non-delivery must be made to the Club within 60 days of order date. We reserve the right to ship orders with a signature required to insure delivery to the proper person or household.
